Soomo is looking for a great intern! The Sales Intern will help us as we transition contact databases to make sure the information is complete and well organized. You will be working in HubSpot’s sales tool and Microsoft Excel as well as using university websites to verify and add missing information.
- Review and edit data to ensure:
- there is no duplication of schools or faculty
- faculty contacts are not orphaned from their schools or departments
- data is complete for key accounts
- Jump into any project where we need an extra hand
This is a part-time position in a small, collegial company with a weekly commitment ranging from 20–30 hours. Candidates must be detail-oriented and methodical individuals who love to learn.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or experience with maintaining databases
Starting salary: $15/hr
The following skills and attributes are highly desired:
- Experience with Excel
- Excellent communication skills; not afraid to ask questions
- Interest in learning new things
